Adrián Demoč is a Slovak, Spain-based experimental composer (and tuba player) whose doctoral dissertation focused on spectral music, particularly the work of Gerard Grisey. His compositions reflect the minimalism of Morton Feldman, but with a touch of European melancholia. Italian flutist and multi-instrumentalist Manuel Zurria is known for his close collaboration with contemporary composers Alvin Lucier and Salvatore Sciarrino, and has worked with some of the most important contemporary Italian composers, including Sylvano Bussotti, Aldo Clementi, Franco Donatoni, Luca Francesconi, Adriano Guarnieri, Francesco Pennisi, and Fabio Vacchi.
