Multi-instrumentalist-composer-producer-educator Steve Beresford is a central figure in the British free improvising scene for over forty years. Currently, he is recovering from a recent major surgery. Flying Slippers, a recent collaboration with the Italian duo of cellist Luca Tilli and trombonist Sebi Tramontana, was recorded at We Insist! Live in Cernusco sul Naviglio Casa delle Arti in November 2024, finds him in top form.
