in echoes’ shadow matches the experimental, Swiss, Lucerne-based ErbtMäderAmBerg? trio of prolific bass clarinetist and the founder of veto-records label, Christoph Erb, and fellow bass clarinetists Elio Amberg and Niklaus Mäder, with German visionary explorer of the EMS analog synthesizer, Thomas Lehn. ErbtMäderAmBerg? has been working since 2021, and this is its debut album (mixed and mastered by Lehn). The album was recorded live at the Church Saint François in Lausanne in February 2023, and a year later at Neubad in Lucerne in February 2024.
