This twenty-year-old recording of the pan-European experimental Trio Sowari – German, Berlin-based percussionist Burkhard Beins, Swiss/French, Paris-based tenor sax player Bertrand Denzler, and British electronics specialist Phil Durrant (credited here with software sampler, synth, and treatments) – was recorded a year after its official debut album, Three Dances (Potlatch, 2005), at the Bridewell Theatre in London during the 14th LMC Festival in November 2005. Its release coincides with the trio’s upcoming fourth official album, Further Reflections (Shrike, set for release in early 2026).
