The term or concept of disquiet perfectly captures the current zeitgeist. Disquiet is also the title of the debut album by the American, Brooklyn-based experimental, free improvising working trio of trumpeter Joe Moffett, tenor, soprano, and baritone sax player Michael Foster, and hyper-(upright) pianist Eli Wallace, who describes its aesthetic as a “wildly dynamic exploration of both music’s social character and its visceral materiality”.
